Reeve’s superman sums the character up perfectly as he is basically just a good man who believes in helping those around him rather than the others who seem to believe they are a god and it is there duty sure that works for Thor but superman was raised human and reeve’s is the perfect incarnation

I know that this as an unpopular opinion but I hate Tom Welling’s superman/Clark Kent. He was really good in the first two seasons because he was happy, nice and hopefully, but from season three on word Clark consistently acted like a moody asshole with maybe once scene per episode where he smiled
Thats probably more of a writing thing than an actor thing but I’m pretty sure that Tom beca5a writer for the show around that time

Christopher Reeve nailed Superman imo, especially because he also nailed Clark. He felt genuine and kind.

Reeves and Gustin. However, Hochelin is a close number two in my book. People sleep on this show. He portrays Superman how he should be. Hopeful yet stern when he needs to be.
Chris clears, though everyone was good during their time. Grant is still The Flash to me. No offense to John Wesley Shipp. He was before my time.

Flash – Grant Gustin. Even with his constant head shake to show that he’s upset.
Superman – Tyler Hoechlin. Other than his teeth, I have been a fan of his since he first showed up on Supergirl. All of his suits are fantastic even his Supergirl suit.
Henry and Grant, didn’t even have to think about it.
Henry Cavill and Grant Gustin. I’m not old enough to appreciate John Wesley Shipp as the scarlet speedster, but I’ll take him as Jay Garrick any day. Ezra Miller is just so bad.
Smallville Superman and gustin flash. Granted, I enjoy the fact that Shipp turns into Jay. I feel it’s how the flash should go.
