  1. I wonder how the French localization handled that episode where Bart goes to France and learns French. He’d already be speaking French in the French version, so would they have him learn some uncommon French dialect or did they have him speak Dutch or something instead?

  2. And the french actors who plays Homer is the husband of the actress who plays Marge.

They met more than 30 years ago thanks to the Simpsons.

  3. I imagine that French Homer days Do’hon and I want the Latinamerica Homer to say, AQUI VENGO Y TE DIGO, ANDA A JODER CONCHA TU MADRE

  4. So Kevin level if you watched The Office?

“Pourquoi perdre temps dire beaucoup mots alors que quelque mots fait l’affaire?”

  5. Did you know that France cannonicly exists in the Zelda universe?
In the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, there are multiple different hairstyles you can give to your horse, two of them being braids and French braids. The fact that those are two different styles has to imply that France exists in the Zelda universe.

  6. As a Multilingual person, remember that when you see a child of 6 years speaking better in the language you are learning, the child spent 6 years growing up in an environment where everyone around him spoke the language. Still took them 6 years. Don’t give up.

  7. Mileage may vary, but to me the nerdy characters like Lisa are usually easier for language learners to understand. Most of us are taught a more formal version of the language, which is how these smarty pants tend to speak. Homer on the other hand has a more crude and relaxed informal speech, with phrases and word usage that native learners would understand better than non-natives.
